I purchased a bottle of Redmond Clay when I saw it at a health food store.  A few days later I found your pamphlet about clay laying on the floor at my friends house.  His wife is a nurse.  She let me borrow the pamphlet.  I have been drinking a teaspoon of Redmond Clay daily.  I also put in it my water when I am working hard and sweating.  It seems that I can work almost without stopping for hours.  It keeps my energy level up.  B.J.
